How to register
People wishing to register should notify Assaf Hasson by e-mail as soon as possible.
Your e-mail should include the following information:
- Full name.
- Affiliation.
- Date and time of arrival and date of departure.
- If your return filght is on either Friday or Saturday please specify the hour of your flight.
- Accommodation: which type of accommodations would you like us to book for you? University apartment/University dorms/Hotel (specify)/none.
- If you wish us to book accommodations for you, would you like to share? (y/n). If yes, do you have someone you would like to share with?
- Will you be accompanied? (y/n)
- Do you have any special dietary needs?
- Do you wish to participate in the excursion and the conference dinner? (y/n)
Registration fees
There will be a registration fee of 15 Euros to be payed on your arrival. All participants are requested to pay the registration fee at the time of registration (the registration desk will be open on Monday from 9:00, and during Lunch on Tuesday). Please make sure that you are given lunch coupons at the time of registration.
The registration fee will cover a daily lunch, light refreshments during breaks and transportation between hotels and the university campus. The conference dinner and the excursion preceeding it will also be covered.
